Mutual understanding resulted in positive outcome 
There will be no strike of educational workers in the primary schools in Bosnian-Podrinje canton Gorazde.
Negotiation team of the Labor union of primary education, led by the Chairman of the Cantonal committee of labor union of primary education and negotiation team of the Government, led by Minister of education, Emira Drakovac reached the agreement on harmonization of salaries of educational workers with the General Collective Agreement.
In the budget for 2006, adopted by the Cantonal Assembly, the Government of BPC Gorazde has harmonized salaries of all budget beneficiaries with the General Collective Agreement.
Although, the primary demands of the educational workers were more demanding, the agreement that was reached is in accordance with realistic financial situation in Bosnian-Podrinje canton Gorazde and what is more important is that salaries of all budget beneficiaries have been harmonized.
