Positive outcome is expected
The negotiations of the negotiation teams of the Government and the Labor union of primary education on the demands of educational workers from primary schools in Bosnian-Podrinje canton Gorazde, concerning increase of salaries started on 31 January 2006.
The negotiation team of the Labor Union of primary education, led by President of the Cantonal Committee of Labor union of primary education, Adem Fejzic and the negotiation team of the Government, led by Minister of education, Emira Drakovac had a discussion about harmonization of salaries of educational workers in accordance with the General Collective agreement, as well as defining unique coefficient for salary accounting, similar to the principals agreed with the Labor union of secondary education.
“Having every understanding for the demands of educational workers, concerning improvement of their status, which are, in my opinion, justified, I hope that we will meet with response of the educational workers working in primary schools, like we met with response of the educational workers from secondary schools and that we will find the most acceptable solution in accordance with our real possibilities”, said Minister Emira Drakovac.
